    Main purpose of positionCurrently we are looking for an ERP Manager  to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our ERP Manager you will own the groups ERP system Dynamics365, and be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the solution as well as integrations to related systems. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs, enhances business processes, and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the groups finance function. This position requires a strong background in financial processes, system integrations, and a proven track record of successful D365 implementation and management.

     

    Main responsibilities 

    • ERP maintenance: collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for ERP customization and configuration; develop and execute detailed project plans for system implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
    • System integration: oversee the integration of ERP with other business systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation; work closely with IT teams to address technical challenges and ensure system compatibility.
    • Customization and configuration: manage the customization and configuration of the ERP system to meet specific business needs; stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to optimize ERP functionality.
    • User training and support: contribute in developing and implementing training programs for end-users to ensure proper utilization of ERP features and capabilities; participate in ERP roll-out projects, such as planning, localization, training and hyper care.

     

    Qualifications and competencies 

    • University level degree, preferably with specialization in Finance, with solid academic results
    • 5 years of experience from similar positions, including experience as solution architect and/or development and roll out supervision of finance systems and tools
    • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 and preferably other financial systems such as Eye-Share (Invoice Management) and Kyriba (Treasury Management).
    • Demonstrated project management skills for system implementations and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Experience of working across national borders for an international company, and handling complex transactions and agreements
    • Assertive and organizationally skilled, able to collaborate in a complex and dynamic international working environment, with several reporting points
    • High social and intercultural competence, able to coordinate and communicate with external parties and to manage work of others;
    • Proficient in spoken and written English.
