  • Position Summary:

    The ERP Programmer Analyst performs ad, administrative tasks for CSI/Syteline ERO, web storefront integration and development of system modifications, revisions, customizations and personalization’s. This position will also serve as a backup for the ERP consultants.  

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. CSI/Syteline system administration-User accounts, groups, permissions, APARs, BG queue and etc.
    2. Sequel database administration-Indexes, SQL agent jobs, maintenance plans, etc.
    3. SQL development-stored procedures, custom tables, replication, etc.
    4. Maintain existing CSI Syteline custom forms and personalization.
    5. Design and implements new CSU Syteline custom forms and personalization
    6. Create and maintain a CSI Syteline development environment for testing APARs, customizations, personalization and system changes.
    7. Assist end users in the creation of customization specifications to include a robust validation and testing procedure.
    8. Monitoring of web storefront integration and error resolution to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
    9. Database back up and restoration
    10. Address acute user support requests using KACE Service Desk system according to established process.
    11. Collaborate with ERP staff and other departments on the evaluation and implementation of new CSI Syteline versions and modules.
    12. Participate in IT department projects and company teams as assigned.
    13. Adhere to defined project timelines and budgets.
    14. Provide quality assurance for own projects. 
    15. Create appropriate program documentation and revision control.

     Experience and Educational Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology field.
    2. 3-5 years’ experience administering and developing for CSI or Syteline 8 or higher comparable ERP system.
    3. Strong project management skills.
    4. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skill
    5. Ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality requirements.
    6. Preferred Skills and Experience with 
      • NET or C# development
      • MS SQL Server design, administration and development
      • MS SQL server reporting services report development
      • Doc Trak, Date Views and Workbenches
    7. Task management and prioritization skills

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
    3. Strong organizational, project management, time management skills and detail oriented. 
    4. Exceptional visual communication skills:  aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles; attention to detail and working knowledge of design trends and best practices.
    5. Reasoning skills:  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.  Ability to manage complex array of projects with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Ability to work in a team environment.
