Maganti IT Resources LLC is seeking 1 professional for a full-time employment (40 hours a week) for the position of an ERP Test Lead.

Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and successful completion of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for the client while managing client expectations and satisfaction. Define testing strategy with business and IT. Establish a detailed test plan with resource allocation. Develop the overall testing strategy and plan for the ERP implementation, including testing scope, test scenarios, testing priorities, test cases, and resource allocation. Provide management and oversight to client implementations including the development of project plans and schedules, task management, resource planning, and communication of status to stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects, consultants, and clients, focusing on adherence to scope, timeline, and budgets, ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met. Oversee and manage the documentation of business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, scope changes, and design documentation. Identify and analyze testing risks, ensuring mitigation plans are developed and implemented to minimize the impact on system quality and project timelines. Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the project status, including a budget, task completion, timeline, potential risks, and scope. Exercise risk and issue management by identifying potential constraints based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project. Assigns/delegates work assignments to project team members; motivate project staff and focuses on quality, time, and scope. Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.

Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field.
