About the role:

The ERP manages all aspects of diverse projects which require technical knowledge and expertise and uses project management tools including VES ( IT/Engineering/Scientific). Additionally, ERP Business Systems Analyst tracks, communicates and reports on the issues and status updates for projects.

Where? This role is Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote) from our office located in Glen Allen, Virginia.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use various root cause analysis methods to deliver objective analysis for resolving system issues and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to obtain and maintain an understanding of processes and requirement needs, create current and future state process maps and KPI metrics from all impacted stakeholders.
• Prioritize and rationalize proposed changes based on risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Document and communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications — verbally and through written documentation
• Create and maintain Quality Assurance documentation (e.g., Test Plan, Test Cases)
• Perform System and Regression Testing and document the results
• Support the User Acceptance Testing process by providing test cases, test data, etc.
• Create training documentation and conduct user training
• Utilize the SDLC methodology to deliver technical solutions.
• Research, investigate, and document transaction flow both inside and outside a system using various tools.
• Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance the system.
• Understands and communicates external software interface requirements to enable business processes to be conducted using 3rd party software.

Are you qualified?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 3 Years Business Requirements , Business Process mapping experience and Business process analysis and improvement
• 3 years Quality Assurance or System Testing experience.
• 3 years of experience in supporting the business function in Microsoft D365.
