ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. What you will do: Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed How You Will Shine: Bachelor’s degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA Advanced proficiency in Excel Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis and an advanced degree preferred Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred A curious mind, high intellect, and takes pride in producing high-quality work Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and orally Customer service mentality Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit
