As a Sales Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations & National Sales Leaders. The location for this role is Hammonton, NJ.

    A Sales Analyst at Consumer Benefit Solutions, works closely with Sales, Operations, and Aon’s Health Solutions and Risk Solutions to develop, manage and analyze our market, client and enrollment data to drive better outcomes.


    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton, NJ office.

    What the day will look like


    • Work with Consumer Benefit Solutions business leaders to document and prioritize all critical Sales Data needs
    • Own and manage all sales reporting:
      • Develop sales specific reports as requested by leadership
      • Leverage data from Resource One, Aon Connect and U2X for analytical purposes
      • Maintain Sales Management Report for Sales Leaders
      • Retrieve and send pipeline updates to Marketing Manager on a weekly basis
      • Create ad hoc reports as necessary
    • Develop critical systems knowledge and routines to help manage the business (Aon connect & R1)
      • Has super user and Sales Operations Access
      • Maintains Weekly Pipeline
      • Develop Best Practices
      • Reviews & build trends analysis for pre and post enrollment results
      • Owns Re-service/Perpetual updates
    • Participates in strategic marketing support
      • Revealing new Industry trends
      • Understanding key buying patterns
      • Owns R1 and other data systems mining efforts
    • Generates internal awareness with apporoproate stakeholders (sales, operations, and communications) about sales data capabilities.
    • Identify, track, and maintain a list of all active clients and potential prospects
    • Supports Sales Leaders in developing annual sales strategy, including preparing for and delivering select content at annual Sales Team meeting
    • Coordinates intelligence around competitive insight in the market across all distribution channels (win/loss analysis, debriefs, sharing, etc.)
    • Supports collaboration between Product Development & Sales.
    • Leverages technology to efficiently manage all Sales Data needs
    • Collaborates with any offshore resources to complete project tasks
    • Support onboarding process for new sales team members
    • Must be willing to travel 5 – 15% of the time nationwide

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5 equivalent years of industry experience.


    Pay Transparency:


    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $50,000 to $63,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
