Job Overview: 

As a Business Systems/ERP Lead, you will work with teams across Harbinger to improve their processes through system integrations and workflow automations. This is a unique role that combines project and stakeholder management with technical hands on work. In addition to using middleware and low/no-code solutions, you will partner with business teams to deliver fully custom integrations and solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Learn how business systems currently function and how they are used at Harbinger. Use this knowledge to identify technical gaps and areas for improvement.
• Architect, build, and maintain system integrations and process automations
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements; execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
• Create and maintain internal documentation and processes
• Lead the evaluation and selection of modules and third-party integrations to enhance business operations
• Manage projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Who You Are:

• 5 years administrating ERP, CRM, BD, and HRIS systems in a similar role. (NetSuite, Zendesk, HubSpot, BambooHR)
• 4 years leading medium to large sized cross-functional projects from requirements gathering to go-live across Finance, Marketing, and Business Development
• 3 years designing and building multi-system integrations using middleware (e.g., Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier)
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively
