Eaton Corporation’s Aerospace Division is seeking a Vice President IT ERP Business Transformation. This position will be based at our Corporate HQ in Beachwood OH.
The VP IT will provide overall leadership to reimagine business capabilities and processes and drive transformation through digitalization. Responsibilities include technology selection, design, implementation, operational transition, and adoption of a contemporary ERP solution to significantly improve business performance and customer satisfaction. The VP will be a proactive business partner sensitive to business and customer needs, and act as a catalyst of change across the technology teams and business functions. The VP will also partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to improve business performance and realize expected benefits and value.
The VP will be accountable for managing the overall implementation of the new composable technology platform; including planning and delivering all elements of the program, best practices, organizational change management, delivery and sustainment lifecycle through innovative approaches and solutions. The VP will also be expected to build a high-performing team that can perform a rollout in record time while minimizing cost and risk through a high performance, quality factory mindset.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $195000.03 - $286000.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
