ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
