ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. The Business Manager – OR provides administrative/clerical support and coordination of the OR Department. This position requires working closely with all staff including physicians. Monitors charges and expenses, maintains database, tracks clinical income by staff and assists with budget providing information to the Nurse Manager.

Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a clinical setting preferred. Also, Accounting and Financial background required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, report and manage patient care information typically obtained through previous experience. Demonstrated written, verbal communication and presentation skills required. Must be proficient in clerical skills, Windows, Word, Excel, Access and other computer skills.
