Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to build and start a BDC deparment for our dealerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a key role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Duties:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients

- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industries

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Skills:

- Proven experience in software sales or business development roles

- Strong knowledge of CRM software

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals

Pay: $77,113.00 - $86,228.00 per year
