ERP Business Manager jobs in Nampa, ID

• Collaborates with IT and business units and subject matter experts to define program requirements
• Ensures that programs are defined with scope, schedule, resources, cost, and risk. Monitors programs against these criteria.
• Performs risk assessments and develops risk mitigation and contingency plans throughout the life of the projects and programs. Leads problem resolution as issues arise
• Maintains communication, training and general guidance on program deliverables
• Tracks and monitors health of the programs and initiatives and communicates status with all stakeholders
• Drive the development of program roadmaps bringing in judgment to align with IT and business strategies
• Ensures that all program related documentation is created following defined standards
• Manages project delivery from vendors and employees alike
• Acts as a Mentor to other program/project manager job family positions
• Manage 3rd party providers as part of the delivery of solution

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of agile practices and controls
• Working knowledge of retail and field operations
• Working knowledge of POS systems and applications
• Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, and telecommunications (i.e. CRM, ERP)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Working knowledge around software/systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated skills in supervision, management and leadership
• Demonstrated customer service and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, shifting schedules, and changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and prioritize work efforts to accomplish most critical task first and meet deadlines.
