ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Position Summary
This ERP Business Analyst will conduct constant analysis of existing business process configuration within D365, and partner with production locations on improvements & changes. The focus for this role is on Continuous Improvement of D365 utilization across all HBD locations.
Since this role is the point of contact for all requests and changes to the production environment including technical errors and enhancement requests, the role requires understanding of all aspects of D365 from customer service to Manufacturing, through supply chain and to financial reconciliation. Key qualities for this position include strong communication skills, teamwork and partnership capabilities, business process knowledge & improvement methods, self-motivation and critical thinking. This position reports to the ERP Program Manager and is based in our Dublin office with travel to our manufacturing locations to support projects and improvement initiatives.
