ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Day to Day Flow:

    • Plan and oversee the coordination of installs/removals of machines at new and existing locations.
    • Creates a system for Route Drivers on route completion and check-in process.
    • Partners with the equipment team to make sure the product is secure from our suppliers.
    • Supports operation managers with reports, and analytics.
    • Implements tracking and reporting as this position evolves.
    • Supports drivers as relief route driver.

    You must be ready, willing, and able to wear many hats and be flexible to a changing workload from day to day. No boredom here! A successful candidate is a team player that has a superior blend of communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. This role requires an understanding of general leadership and supervisory concepts along with the skills necessary to establish priorities, define needs, plan for change, and execute the successful transition from department to department to reach Evergreen Refreshments objectives.

     

    Additional requirements are:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Great communication and Math skills (Must be able to read, write & speak English)
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Self-starter
    • Meets schedules and deadlines.
    • Capable of lifting 50lbs.
    • Handles various channels of communication: Route Drivers, existing accounts, technicians
    • Email etiquette
    • Hours: Monday thru Friday 5:00am - 4:00pm. (some weekends may be required)

    Influence: Team member buy-in. Strong communication skills that gain respect with those working for you, while maintaining a good quality of leadership across multiple departments. 

    Organization: 80% of your time will be spent in the field and 10-20% out visiting customers, drivers, or servicing equipment locations. Our team operates seven days a week. Keeping track of what’s occurring when you’re not on-site will be essential to your success.

    *   Supports the performance of the branch in the designated area assigned by the Branch Manager.

    *   Motivates employees to maximize productivity and potential through consistent processes.

    *  Addresses equipment malfunctions and/or immediately notify major and potential problems and serves as a leader to resolve them.

    *  Administrates compliance with safety and work rules and regulations, Optimizes systems for best operational flow and sustainability.

    *  Proactively provides time management solutions and reroute solutions to the fleet team.

    * Reviews and studies analytical data to ensure financial feasibilities, shortages, spoilages, and any possible deficiencies are resolved.
