ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. What You'll Contribute The Manager, Business Analysis will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, driving data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze complex data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth. What You'll Do Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns. Develop and present actionable recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the adherence to business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards across projects. Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. What you have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven strategies. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects. Experience in market and industry research. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with data management and data governance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Preferred education, skills, and experience. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field. 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
