Being an ERP Programmer develops coding to support the programming of new ERP modules and system upgrades and assists with the configuration planning and deployment of releases. Ensures ERP data and system infrastructure security, designs patches for vulnerabilities, and develops backup processes. Additionally, ERP Programmer plans and designs application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system configuration, functionality, and efficiency.     Job Description

    ProShop ERP is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. This position will also be responsible for using their knowledge and understanding of our revenue and tech to pinpoint the points of greatest friction, confusion, or frustration and enact solutions (simple whenever possible) to make those tools work together seamlessly.

    The role of the Revenue Operations Manager can be compared to that of a conductor in a musical performance. They are responsible for aligning and harmonizing the diverse functions within an organization to create symphonic revenue growth. From sales and marketing to finance and client success, a Revenue Operations Manager brings all these departments together, creating a well-oiled revenue machine.

    Responsibilities

    - Own all aspects of Lead to Revenue funnel reporting and accuracy
    - Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline, and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue
    - Analyze and manage current database and marketing & sales tech stack
    - Evaluate additional technologies to improve and optimize our go-to-market strategy
    - Establish, maintain, and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
    - Drive accuracy and consistency in sales and churn forecasting
    - Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommended paths forward
    - Find, document, and implement scalable solutions to problems using a wide range of technologies and applications
    - Act as an internal champion for our clients and their data
    - Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams
    - Collaborate with Marketing on the handoff and nurturing of inbound leads
    - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and procurement to ensure our Sales team has the collateral they need for success
    - Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead by influence on company-wide initiatives to move the needle on revenue growth
    - Ensure near real-time KPI reporting for the benefit of everyone in the revenue department and company leadership

    Requirements

    - Must be based in North America
    - 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
    - Administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools in the Marketing, Sales & Client Success tech stack for SaaS companies
    - In-depth knowledge and understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g., solution selling)
    - The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes
    - Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
    - Experience working with BI/Analytics tools
    - Quick learner with multiple technologies and tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, etc)
    - Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
    - Experience working in an Agile environment
    - Excellent team player
    - Meticulous attention to detail

    Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

    Canada: $86,800 - $133,700 annually Commission

    US: $89,200 - 137,500 annually Commission
