ERP Programmer develops, reviews, and modifies the programming to support the configuration of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Analyzes ERP system performance and encodes and debugs any issues or vulnerabilities to improve the integrity, security, or application of the system. Being an ERP Programmer develops coding to support the programming of new ERP modules and system upgrades and assists with the configuration planning and deployment of releases. Ensures ERP data and system infrastructure security, designs patches for vulnerabilities, and develops backup processes. Additionally, ERP Programmer plans and designs application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system configuration, functionality, and efficiency. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Programmer work is closely managed. The ERP System Admin is primarily responsible for supporting end-users (i.e. permissions, authorizations, access, general support, etc.), maintaining and developing crystal reports, and documenting solutions for our ERP System (Global Shop). The ERP System Admin will use strong communication and influence skills to work well with all departments and to advise the organization on how to improve system performance and functionality.
Current environment is one instance with 70 ERP users with plans to expand in the near future. An ideal candidate will have experience with business applications and knowledge of business workflows and Global Shop configuration capabilities.
