We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process.
Duties:
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and models
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for programming
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming, SolidWorks and Esprite experience preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is a plus
