Analyzes ERP system performance and encodes and debugs any issues or vulnerabilities to improve the integrity, security, or application of the system. Being an ERP Programmer develops coding to support the programming of new ERP modules and system upgrades and assists with the configuration planning and deployment of releases. Ensures ERP data and system infrastructure security, designs patches for vulnerabilities, and develops backup processes. Additionally, ERP Programmer plans and designs application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system configuration, functionality, and efficiency. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Programmer work is closely managed. SRP is recruiting for a Systems Analyst for the SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Solution. This position will provide functional expertise in Payroll configuration. You will work collaboratively with internal IT teams, Payroll team, HR teams and the operational business to help support bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring employees pay is correct, policies are followed, and deadlines are met. This techno-functional role is responsible for configuration and incident/problem resolution for the end-to-end delivery of payroll at SRP.

Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience at Level 1; demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of three-years of experience at Level 2; is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
