Position Summary:
Rivers' Edge Countertops, Inc. is seeking a skilled CAD Coordinator to manage the flow and scheduling of CAD activities within our countertop fabrication company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assigning CAD tasks to team members, primarily Moksh, ensuring all projects are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to managing workflows and addressing any potential delays or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Assign CAD projects to Moksh, providing detailed instructions including notes, materials, sizing, and directional information. Ensure all sales jobs are prepared and ready for CAD.
- Project Oversight: Monitor CAD schedules daily, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines. Step in as necessary to complete tasks and resolve issues caused by missing information.
- Communication: Keep the sales team and management informed of any delays or issues affecting project timelines. Provide regular updates on the status of CAD work.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to improve CAD skills. Utilize resources such as Park free training and approved contractors for reviewing and completing work.
