ERP Project Manager manages the programming and configuration functions to support the implementation of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Plans and designs new ERP modules and system upgrades by defining scopes, setting deadlines, coordinating workflow, and monitoring progress. Being an ERP Project Manager implements policies and procedures to guide ERP system programming and ensure the optimal function of ERP applications to support business goals. Monitors system performance metrics to ensure the reliability, security, and integration of data and recommends improvements or modifications. Additionally, ERP Project Manager coordinates with adjacent departments to understand business needs and future requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Project Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Project Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role will run creative strategy and day-to-day tactical execution across multiple internal and external partners and teams. This role will be responsible for making sure the team consistently delivers strong creativity and hits key milestones. You will work with many partner teams to manage the creative program to build new creative, test new creative assets and strategies, report on performance, and evolve the creative strategy across the team’s digital advertising campaigns. This role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Menlo Park, CA.

    What You'll Do:
    Proactively identify, propose, and implement initiatives that improve the team’s processes, tools, infrastructure, and workflows
    Manage the day-to-day for multiple creative projects across apps by defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables
    Ensure there are clear expectations, track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status to project stakeholders
    Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members both internally and externally across a wide variety of disciplines (marketing, product, and data science) to ensure a smooth process and successful project delivery
    Partner across multiple teams to make sure initiatives are resourced properly for all the creative project workstreams

    Must-Haves:
    3 years of program/project management experience
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional external and internal teams including brand and performance marketing, product, and data science
    Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
    Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close
    Comfortable working with data and experience with taking an analytical approach to solving business problems
    Familiarity with digital advertising and digital ads creative best practices is a plus but not required

    Education:
    A Bachelor's degree is preferred

    Hours & Location:
    M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote
