ERP Project Manager

What will you be doing in this role:

• ERP implementation experience is a must, particularly in a Global
• Serve as a primary contact/conduit between business leads and IT delivery team for highly complex initiatives for multiple internal clients across assigned lines of business
• Demonstrated ability to improve procedures and standards, ensuring quality and delivery of service to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to document precise business requirements and solutions needed to meet business requirements and to translate the requirements into functional designs for ERP, 3rd party add-ons, extensions, and interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize with limited resources and drive results with a high emphasis on quality.
• Drive accountability showing complete ownership of practical solutions, execute recommendations well, and considers next steps. 

What experience do you need to have to succeed

• Functional design and implementation of new ERP functionality.
• Have completed bachelor’s studies in Computer Science or a combination of relevant education and experience
• PMP certification required
• Must have 5 years experience in ERP Implementation (not upgrades) Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, or SAP
• Proficient in PM tools including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp or Atlassian,
• 10 years of experience in database management, transformation programs, and System of Record
• Capture and document requirements in sprints and contribute to process design.
• Manage user and stakeholder expectations and robustly assess all requests for additional or non-standard developments.
