ERP Project Manager manages the programming and configuration functions to support the implementation of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Plans and designs new ERP modules and system upgrades by defining scopes, setting deadlines, coordinating workflow, and monitoring progress. Being an ERP Project Manager implements policies and procedures to guide ERP system programming and ensure the optimal function of ERP applications to support business goals. Monitors system performance metrics to ensure the reliability, security, and integration of data and recommends improvements or modifications. Additionally, ERP Project Manager coordinates with adjacent departments to understand business needs and future requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Project Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Project Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Summary:
    Seeking a project manager with solid ERP exposure to join our PMO. This fun, innovative team is looking for an organized leader who can create and manage the project schedule and work across critical cross functional teams while monitoring and evaluating risk and issues. A strong applicant will see the big picture of how the components of the different work streams align throughout the enterprise at PGTI and manage the team using a hands-on approach to facilitate completion of milestones and deliverables on time and within budget. Vendor management and stakeholder engagement are critical throughout this journey.
    What You'll Do:
    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership to project teams; be the hub of knowledge and single source of truth ensuring synergy between departments.
    • Lead daily scrum meetings with project team and track updates in ADO, maintain the project plan, project budget and all relevant documentation.
    • Direct multiple complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders and vendors (on shore and offshore) to ensure cross-group collaboration.
    • Develop stakeholder engagement plans and influence stakeholders at all levels, being a strong change agent.
    • Work with project team to create and maintain various project documents, including project charters, project plans, status reports, project risk assessments, etc.
    • Track, report, facilitate and manage the resolution of potential issues and risks across several integrated projects.
    • Act as an expert and evangelist for internal tools and services
    • Organizing, attending and participating in all project related meetings.
    • Maintaining and monitoring of project schedules, hours, budgets and expenditures and adhering to change management procedures.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project or consulting the appropriate resource to assist
    • Preparing presentations and materials for executive meetings and presenting to executive groups.
    • Assist leads/resource managers in delegating project tasks to individual contributors best positioned to complete the work on specific projects.
    • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.
    • Lead and manage the change management/communications work stream for the project.
    • Track and remove team's impediments. Identify the true source of obstacles and demonstrate skill overcoming difficult obstacles impacting the team. Anticipate and prevent potential obstacles before they occur.
    • Assemble groupings of complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand, digestible reports & presentations.
    • Ability to interpret and then reiterate project concepts & updates in a straightforward, uncomplicated fashion, with crisp, professional presentations.
    • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
    • Must be a highly motivated & detailed self-starter with strong organizational skills
    • Partner with leadership to understand upcoming challenges and how to navigate
    Who You Are:
    Professional Experience/Skills – MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years of D365 F&O/Dynamics implementation experience
    • PM of 5 successful full cycle D365/Dynamics implementations.
    • 5 years of managing large ERP software projects and development teams
    • Previous experience in a PM role for a D365 F&O/Dynamics implementation
    • Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
    • Hands on approach, strong analytical and business process design skills.
    • On and offshore vendor management experience, including development management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience preparing executive presentations and presenting to executive teams.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • PPM tool familiarity (ADO, ServiceNOW, Project, Monday.com, etc.)
    • Strong emotional intelligence and maintains a positive attitude in difficult situations.

    Professional Experience/Skills – PREFERRED

    • D365/Dynamics Certifications
    • PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master Certification
    • Experience in using ADO for Agile Project Delivery
    • ADO Certification
    • Experience with PowerBI
    • Experience in Scrum Master Role
    • Sound understanding of Databases
    • Experience in driving & managing complete UAT process
    • Experience in Release process
    • Understanding of Release & Build process
