We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing legal support to a corporate legal department.
Responsibilities:

Review and analyze various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and lease agreements, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate governance documents, such as board resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports.
-
Maintain and organize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and litigation files.
-
Assist with the management of outside counsel relationships and legal expenses.

Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and document review.

Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Provide support for other legal projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree OR a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR strong relevant legal experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with a focus on contract review, contracts administration, and corporate governance.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze complex legal documents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
