We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing legal support to a corporate legal department.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and lease agreements, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate governance documents, such as board resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and litigation files.
• Assist with the management of outside counsel relationships and legal expenses.
• Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and document review.
• Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Provide support for other legal projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR strong relevant legal experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with a focus on contract review, contracts administration, and corporate governance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze complex legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
