Economist (Corporate) conducts research and analysis on economic data/trends and produces forecasts, interpretive reporting, and media used for risk assessment, communication, and decision making. Collects economic data from established datasets and other sources utilizing data collection and data science protocols. Being an Economist (Corporate) utilizes statistical analysis, mathematical methodologies, and modeling techniques to develop data. Designs and organizes data into unique report models and graphical illustrations to present economic information used for decision making and solution development. Additionally, Economist (Corporate) requires a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Economist (Corporate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We're looking for a Corporate Associate to Join our team. The ideal person is an entrepreneurial business-minded attorney with 2-6 years of corporate experience with sophisticated contract drafting and negotiations, structuring and negotiating various types of business transactions both commercial and private.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.
Experience: 2-6 years relevant experience.
Excellent writing, communication, analytical, and legal research skills.
Must be outgoing, collegial, and collaborative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Able to take responsibility for document drafting and transaction closing
Able to act as point of contact for client communication
Able to meet transaction timelines and deliver high quality work product
