Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Corporate Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator to join our team! The Corporate Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator is responsible for aligning business objectives by ensuring efficient scheduling of employees and management in designated communities. The position generates reports reflecting staffing at the department, community and corporate level. Responsibilities:

• Consults with management and provides scheduling guidance.
• Analyzes scheduling trends and metrics in partnership with the community schedulers to ensure appropriate staffing metrics are met.
• Manages and resolves complex scheduling concerns.
• Maintains knowledge of requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, including state-specific staffing ratio regulations.
• Works closely with community administrators, directors and schedulers to improve efficient scheduling.
• Provides guidance and input on community scheduling changes, workforce management, and scheduling software utilization.
• Identifies software training needs for community schedulers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of staffing experience using a digital scheduling platform, OnShift or Kronos/UKG preferred.
• Working knowledge of staffing strategies, including common practices for the clinical field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
