Am-Gard’s headquarters is located in Pittsburgh and we currently provide approximately 20,000 hours per week of security services to customers throughout the region. Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies and procedures

Provide an empathetic approach to managing any escalated persons and situations

Maintain accurate logs and reports throughout your scheduled shift

Notify the appropriate staff and write detailed, accurate reports outlining any incidents that occur on the property

Strong Customer service and public relations skills

Keen attention to detail

Ability to be part of the security and safety team

Ability to stand, sit, and patrol for long periods of time

Ability to stay calm in high pressure/stress situations

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Passion for helping people and creating a safe and positive work environment

Previous experience preferred

Be at least 18 years of age

A High School Diploma or GED
