```Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for a candidate who can provide strategic financial guidance and drive continuous improvement.

Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department

- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies or issues

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews

- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts

- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital

- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Minimum of 5years of experience in automotive accounting or finance roles

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage) and MS Office Suite

- Experience with double-entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation

- Knowledge of governmental accounting standards and regulations

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
