Designs and organizes data into unique report models and graphical illustrations to present economic information used for decision making and solution development. Additionally, Economist (Corporate) requires a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Economist (Corporate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     The Role:

    As our Corporate Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role developing menus, brands, concepts and training platforms and protocol. You will be the lead culinarian for Sky Dine and responsible for training and developing our culinary teams across various locations and brands, ensuring consistent delivery of top-quality menu items that exceed our guests’ expectations.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Create and develop brands and concepts.
    • Create and implement a training program and protocol for each location’s Management Team and Site Trainer, including menu training, food handling and safety regulations, cooking techniques, and presentation skills.
    • Support the development of new product offerings and services, based on guest feedback and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to develop innovative menus for seasonal and promotional events.
    • Adhere to our commitment to featured products for brands and franchises.
    • Monitor and manage kitchen expenses, optimizing processes to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
    • Coordinate procurement of food service distributors to ensure the highest quality products with competitive pricing.
    • Travel to provide on-site training and conduct regular audits of kitchens to assess adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Management Teams and Site Trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement at each location.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating impeccable culinary skills and a dedication to excellence in every aspect of food preparation, presentation, and taste.

     

    Your Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Corporate/Executive Chef or similar role, with a focus on training and culinary development.
    • Proven experience developing brands and concepts.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent certification, demonstrating advanced culinary skills and knowledge.
    • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate diverse teams.
    • Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
    • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and a dedication to staying updated on industry trends.
    • Flexibility to travel frequently.
    • Schedule flexibility, as needed.
    • Must be able to relocate, if needed to the Sioux Falls, SD area, with potential eligibility for assistance with moving expenses.
