Being an Economist (Corporate) utilizes statistical analysis, mathematical methodologies, and modeling techniques to develop data. Designs and organizes data into unique report models and graphical illustrations to present economic information used for decision making and solution development. Additionally, Economist (Corporate) requires a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Economist (Corporate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position will report to the Director, Labor/Employee Relations & Corporate Relations, and can be located at any location in the FE service territory.
The Administrative Technician is part of the HR Organizational Management team which is responsible for maintaining and updating both organizational structures and managing employee & contractor data within Empower. This position will utilize the Empower system to validate and approve changes to positions, jobs, departments, as well as process transfers, separations and other related HR organizational changes. This position ensures all changes are accurate and completed within the regulatory and SOX requirements. This position will also perform basic employee and organizational data changes, assist with keying reorganizations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
