Being an Editor ensures that all content meets required and accepted format and standards. Evaluates content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Additionally, Editor may coordinate with creative team to produce final drafts. Requires a bachelor's degree in journalism or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Editor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.      Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video

    editing software. Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard editing tools.

     File Management: Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient storage and

    accessibility for future projects.

     Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their vision,

    address feedback, and ensure client satisfaction with the final video deliverables.

     Deadline Management: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and timelines, balancing

    quality and speed in video production.

    Requirements:

     Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work and

    demonstrating proficiency in various video editing software.

     Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life through video content.

    Experience with storytelling and creating engaging narratives.

     Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut

    Pro, or other industry-standard tools.

     Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to

    collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

     Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project

    requirements.

     Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in editing, color correction, and audio

    enhancement.

     Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

    deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

     Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.

     Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

     Knowledge of audio editing and sound design principles.

     Experience working in a creative agency or production studio environment.

    Pay: $21.40 - $25.77 per hour
