Editor reviews, edits, and re-writes a variety of documents and/or digital content. Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compelling content for written copy and/or websites and other online communications media. Being an Editor ensures that all content meets required and accepted format and standards. Evaluates content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Additionally, Editor may coordinate with creative team to produce final drafts. Requires a bachelor's degree in journalism or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Editor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     • Responsible for filming, editing, scheduling and arranging for the airing of video content, including local events, business commercials, and TV shows

    • Assists in researching and identifying sources of news content, such as but not limited to: breaking news, community happenings, local politics, follow-up stories, etc.
    • Assists is selling advertisements and monetizing Channel 10 and 6, which includes travel throughout Carbon, Emery and Grand counties
    • Write news articles regarding ETV 10 News events
    • Other duties as assigned
