Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compelling content for written copy and/or websites and other online communications media. Being an Editor, Sr. ensures that all content meets required and accepted format and standards. Evaluates content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Additionally, Editor, Sr. may coordinate with creative team to produce final drafts. May provide guidance to lower-level staff. Requires a bachelor's degree in journalism or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Editor, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     - Copyedit documents for clarity, conciseness, and coherence
    - Review proposals and make recommendations for improvements
    - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in editing and writing

    Experience:
    - Proven experience as an Editor or similar role
    - Strong knowledge of copywriting principles and techniques
    - Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
    - Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing skills
    - Familiarity with creative writing techniques and storytelling principles
    - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style errors
    - Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
    - Knowledge of journalism ethics and practices is a plus
