Lead (BPM) Web Developer
As a Lead (BPM) Web Developer, you will be given opportunity to work closely with business and system analysts to better design, develop, optimize and support workflows that are being used by Company Business areas.
You will be given an opportunity to lead major project design and development with great support from your team to work with different enterprise teams for standard integrations with ability to design, develop, test and deploy new IBM BPM/BAW applications to lead the solution for current and upcoming projects.
· This person will need to have the technical ability to design, develop, test and deploy new IBM BPM/BAW applications.
· Proactively address system issues and provide support for IBM BPM/BAW issues during on call support.
· Support existing IBM BPM/BAW applications.
· Strong understanding on IBM BPM/BAW architecture.
· 7 to 15 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW from 8.5 to latest 20.0.x version.
· Experience with integration services for integrating REST, SOAP and Java.
· Experience handling exceptions, UCAs, tracking.
· Experience with online deployments.
· Strong understanding and experience on BPD Development, Decision Gateways, System/Manual lanes, BPMN Notations.
· Experience with outbound REST/SOAP service calls.
· Experience on production issue RCA (Root cause Analysis).
· Experience with production instance failures using REST API's.
· Experience working with internal and external system/Server teams on ifix, Upgrades.
· Knowledge/Experience with relational database SQL.
· Knowledge of agile methodology.
· Experience with UI toolkits like Spark UI, BP3 Brazos UI.
· IT related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
