Looking for an opportunity for hands-on experience as an editor? Then our editorial internship may be for you! This internship runs for 4 months and pays $12.50 per hour. The Editorial Intern must be able to work up to 29 hours a week in a hybrid and flexible workplace.
About This Role
The Editorial Intern is responsible for guaranteeing that content written for ConsumerNotice.org and Drugwatch.com is clean, clear and accurate. You will work alongside award-winning writers and editors to publish articles that have the potential to directly impact our readers’ happiness, health, and safety.
Responsibilities include proofreading to fix grammatical, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors; verifying numerical information, such as dates and statistics, to ensure accuracy; and restructuring copy to create better flow and clarity of ideas.
Maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude about various projects and being willing to learn new skills while working hard and smart are essential to being successful as an Editorial Intern.
