Education Director provides supervision and direction of nursing education programs. Develops and implements course content and curriculums to train and update skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. Being a Education Director remains current and knowledgeable regarding federal and state regulations. Provides oversight and day-to-day guidance to staff. Additionally, Education Director typically requires a master's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. The Education Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. ETC Local Coordinators (LCs) work closely with high school exchange students, host families, and local high schools. LCs are actively involved in the recruitment of volunteer host families for our international high school students coming for a school year through the U.S. State Department student visa program.
LCs keep in regular monthly contact with host families and students, complete monthly online progress reports, mediate conflicts between host family and student should they arise and help to find a resolution, assist both the student and host family with the adjustment process and monitor the students’ progress in school, providing assistance as necessary.
This is an independent contractor position which enables you to work at home and within your own schedule. The Local Coordinator position is family-friendly, flexible, and complements a busy schedule. LCs work approximately 10-12 hours per month depending on how many families they recruit and students they oversee. Personal monthly contact with students is required.

Qualifications:
*Must live in or near Billings, MT
*Must be able to pass a background check

*Ability to problem solve and support students and host families during the students' program.
*Drivers License and transportation required.
*Not suitable for college students; this is a long-term position
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Paid training provided. LCs will receive full training (online) and ongoing support from their Field Manager. Incentive bonuses include cash, gift cards and travel opportunities.
