JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Enrollment is a critical role that resides in the Marketing Department, focusing on growing enrollment, and is the primary liaison with our network of schools to help produce industry leading enrollment growth. This is a role for a dynamic individual who would like to use their extensive Early Childhood Education experience to help create and cascade best practices that drive new child starts and retention strategies to keep children enrolled. You will partner with Regional leaders to set strategy and execute campaigns, while also working with School Directors to develop and grow the right behaviors that lead to happy families and full schools. Leverage your problem-solving skills to help others be as effective as possible in their roles, through consultative partnership and influence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead efforts to increase student enrollment and utilization through close partnership with Field Operations, maximizing new starts and student retention. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and creating strategies that drive student growth2. Monitor lead generation and partner with other Marketing resources to generate targeted leads where additional volume is needed at the classroom/age group level.3. Be an expert that provides training and skill building in areas such as: conducting school tours, conversion skills, CRM management, phone skills and room schedule optimization/transitions, to optimize the enrollment funnel.4. Leverage Call Center or central enrollment strategy, management, and optimization to generate productive school visits. Includes training call center agents on Cadence culture and processes.5. Identify scalable opportunities to streamline enrollment processes, simplifying the role for Directors, while making it easier to grow enrollment.6. Manage relationships with external partners to provide back-up care options and partnership discounts for our school network.7. Provide coaching to Regional Directors on enrollment best practices, so they can cascade to Directors, ensuring scalable best practices.8. Leverage NPS results to identify improvement opportunities that impact enrollment, creating and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must have solid understanding of Early Childhood Education, particularly growing school enrollment.• Experience with ECE enrollment and billing systems is expected.• Must be comfortable providing training in various group sizes, or on a 1:1 basis.• Must have demonstrated ability to be self-directed and to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly and positively. • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.• Must possess effective customer service and communications skills, the ability to work with professionals and maintain confidentiality standards.• Requires proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.• Maintains knowledge and skills to handle new complexities, challenges, responsibilities, and seeks exposure to new ideas and perspectives.• Ability to deliver programs and training to improve adaptability and continuous learning capabilities in organization.• Requires ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Education or equivalency:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Early Childhood Education, with at least five (5) of those in a school leadership position or 10 years’ experience in Marketing or sales.
