Job Description:

The Driver Education Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of driver education training programs. The successful candidate will work closely with community partners to engage and enroll students, and will provide instruction and support to ensure successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement driver education training curriculum
• Engage with community partners to promote and enroll students in the program as well as the College
• Provide instruction and support to students throughout the program
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Report on program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university
• Training Manager Certification through the Ohio Department of Public Safety
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed instructor through the Ohio Department of Public Safety
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and compliance as they relate to Driver Education Training Enterprises in the state of Ohio
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Strong community engagement and outreach skills
• Experience in enrollment and instruction
• Ability to report on program outcomes and ensure compliance
