We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic financial manager to helm our growing chain of children's daycare centers.
In this role, you will work alongside the Regional Director and other administrative staff to oversee the financial aspects of each center including but not limited to:- Input Payroll
- Bookkeeping
- Analyze expenditures
- Obtain monthly profit/loss statements.
- Categorizing schools' expenditures
- Revenue Management
- Prepare quarterly district budgets to assigned schools
- Participate in the interview process for higher level administrative positions (e.g., Director)
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in revenue management, budgets, acquisition strategies, HR administration and a deep-rooted passion for providing superior childcare services.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Regional Director and administrative staff in the formulation and execution of strategic plans to bolster revenue growth, support new acquisitions and augment our daycare chain.
- Manage multiple schools finances.
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
- Administer financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in revenue management and business acquisitions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Acquainted with early childhood education regulations and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- BA in business administration or a relevant field is required.
