As the Early Education Program Manager, you will be able to put your passion and leadership skills to work by overseeing our Early Education program, serving children from 15 months to 5 years old. Our Early Education program is NAEYC accredited and focuses on developmentally appropriate practices.
As the content expert in early childhood education, you will implement best practices and policies that ensure quality education within our program, compliance with licensing requirements and collaboration with your peers within the Child Development Center. You will also work closely with your team of teachers and support staff, to ensure daily needs are met, and will keep your focus forward to allow for professional growth and development of your team and program.
