Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive cosmetology curriculum to students
- Provide hands-on instruction in various cosmetology techniques, including but not limited to:
- Esthetic laser treatment
- Eyelash extensions
- Deep tissue massage
- Dermabrasion
- Nail care
- Hair extensions
- Conduct classroom lectures and demonstrations to enhance students' understanding of theoretical concepts
- Supervise and evaluate students' practical work to ensure quality and adherence to industry standards
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and professional growth
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop innovative teaching methods and materials
