Job Summary:

Collaborate with customers and L&S resources to understand and solve customer power challenges and provide the best solution to resolve it.  Participate in sells of power distribution equipment to existing and new L&S customers.  Provide virtual customer support technical services and presentation.

Essential Functions:

• Work with L&S sales personnel to sell MCC’s and power distribution equipment to existing and new L&S customers.
• Collaborate with customers and L&S territory sales personnel to determine solutions to solve customer problems and meet their goals.
• Work diligently with customers and L&S resources to differentiate L&S and close orders
• Work with L&S territory sales personnel to target, pursue and WIN competitively held business.
• Collaborate with customers and L&S sales personnel to understand and solve customer challenges.
• Deepen relationships with key personnel at established accounts.
• Enhance customer relationships.
• Create customer loyalty.
• Participate in pricing strategies.
• Handle customer calls for MCC’s and power distribution equipment.
• Review technical specifications and quote accordingly.
• Assist customers with technical questions.
• Take the lead in coordinating large projects to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Contact suppliers for price and delivery times.
• Quote customers – both verbal and formal quotes.
• Call on customers with L&S sales personnel.
• Use CRM system for quotes and notes.
• Attend internal and external training
• Participate in weekly “One on One” meetings
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• 2 or 4 year technical or business degree preferred, with 2 years of experience successfully selling Products such as MCC’s and Power Distribution Equipment
• Above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results orientated.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screen.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and remote PC.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written).
• Authorized to work in U.S. for any employer.

Working Conditions:

• General office area
• Some opportunity for remote work

Other Requirements:

• Able to wear PPE when in customer and shop environment.
• Observe all safety requirements.

Additional Information:
