JOB TITLE: :Industrial Electric Construction Admin
COMPANY: :Power and Construction Group (P&CG)
COMPENSATION:: $20-$30/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION: :P&CG is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Industrial Electric Construction Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and coordinating various aspects of industrial electric projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background and exceptional organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Project Coordination:: Provide supportive role to Project Managers in the Industrial Electric Division with processing of timesheets, daily job briefs, writing communications, notices and other routine paperwork as required.
- Documentation and Reporting:: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, meeting minutes and other relevant records.
- Client Communication:: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and addressing client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Permitting and Compliance:: Facilitate the permitting process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the industrial electric sector.
- Resource Management:: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support efficient project operations.
- Budget Oversight:: Work with Project Managers and Accounting Department to ensure billing is completed in a timely manner and that budgets, forecasts, job costing, and all other accounting is up to date
- Safety Compliance:: Collaborate with safety officers to implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Accomplish all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and efficiency skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to manage shifting priorities
- Must maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation is securely stored
- Proficient use of accounting software – knowledge of Timberline and Sage Paperless a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, Bid2Win a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE::
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience in the utility and construction industry
- Thorough understanding of construction accounting
