Responsibilities :

• Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures following established safety guidelines
• Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to inverters and electrical systems
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and ensure structural integrity
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements :

• Previous experience in electrical work or solar panel installation is preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in solar installation
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
