Job Summary: Assisting in the hot check process with service techs.   Ensuring homes are ready for all applicable county inspections. Assisting service techs with homeowner calls and warranty issues.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring timeliness of calls in regards to homeowners schedule.  
• Ensuring all homes we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc from our warranty call
• Helping to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Willingness to learn electrical trade for all aspects of residential electric.
• Willingness to learn to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.
• 1 year of Service Technician Helper experience.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift up to ­­­­­60 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.  
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
• Must have clean driving record.
