Looking for multiple hires.

Performs a variety of tasks to produce a product that meets quality and operational standards. Assembles and packages finished goods.

Accountabilities :

• Understands and practices functions as instructed by supervisor and / or Quality Coordinator.
• Observes products on the production line during the assembly operations.
• Detects visual imperfections, improper fill levels, incorrect components and incorrect labeling to prevent a sub-standard product from being produced.
• Observes, reaches and manipulates products and components on an assembly line / work-station that may be up to 3ft high.
• Stands, sits or any combination thereof for a total of 8 hours during a shift.
• Inserts, feeds, folds, drops, stacks, packs components and finished goods on an assembly line and in packages, meeting quality and quantity standards.
• Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Performs various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
• Must be available to work all shifts and overtime as necessary.
• Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed.
