Being an Electric Motor Assembler may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electric Motor Assembler relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. When your workday is done you know how to set your tools down for a perfect work/life balance! You’re a master builder that enjoys process, sequence and systematic work. You're a neat freak when it comes to organizing your work station. Your thorough understanding of machines and tools used in motor assembly is stellar and your excellent ability to read and listen to assignments makes you an outright rockstar! Furthermore, you can demonstrate your ability to crush long term goals because you have successfully completed formal training in electrical, mechanical or industrial maintenance. And, as if that wasn’t enough, you have a strong physical presence that allows you to lift components that are vertical, flat or overhead and your manual dexterity and stability rival those of Spider Man. You are able to traverse facilities and machinery in a single bound and climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping and carrying materials are your hidden superpower!
