Electric and Gas Operations Manager jobs in Austin, TX

We are looking for an experienced Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the purchasing process and be able to negotiate competitive prices with vendors. The Purchaser will be responsible for researching potential vendors, evaluating their products and services, and managing the purchasing process from start to finish. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. MUST have Drivers License.

Responsibilities:

• Work Alongside Warehouse to order correct materials for upcoming jobs.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
• Monitor and track purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure that all purchases are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
