Tower Division

Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager Assistant for our Muskegon, MI office Tower Division. Assist project managers with the planning, coordination and managing of construction projects (opening jobs, setting up new electrical service, permitting, contractor registrations, locating subcontractors, etc.). Work with field crew members for the collection of documentation required for customer turnover and closeout information. Coordinate inspections with field crew and inspectors. Assist with the billing process for customers.

Job Details/Duties/Responsibilities

• Support and assist Project Management at the start and end of a Project.
• Input new jobs into ERP and project management tracking system.
• Submit, review, update and track Miss Dig tickets.
• Apply for Electrical Permits and schedule the required inspections.
• Create, review, and submit closeout packages for customers.
• Maintain and enter daily updates into project management tracking system.
• Track cleanups.
• Answer phones/emails and correspond with customers on a regular basis.
• Assist with front desk phone coverage when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Strong computer skills.
