Are you ready to lead with us? As a Regional Operations Manager at Helget Gas Products, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our branch operations across your assigned region. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Regional Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities include guiding and coaching branch operations personnel (operations managers, drivers, warehouse technicians, installation and service technicians) to achieve success, building a culture of continuous learning through weekly training meetings. You'll also confirm compliance with FDA regulations and maintain quality control standards while leading teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Working closely with regional and executive teams, you'll play a key role in achieving our company's overarching goals and objectives.Top of Form

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in driver management and supply chain/logistics roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Past CDL driving experience preferred
